“Delicate” or being of “very fine in texture or structure; of intricate workmanship or quality,” is usually not the first word I think of when eating a perfectly cooked piece of meat. However, delicate is the perfect term to use when thinking about the braised beef in the Pa-Yao Beef Noodle Soup from PURE Thai Cookhouse in Hell’s Kitchen, New York.

In addition to the braised beef, this soup contains vermicelli, chinese broccoli, asian celery, bean sprout, meat ball, and galangal pandan broth.

All of these flavors combine to make a mouthwatering soup with the star being the braised beef and the misfit being the meatballs, which are flavor full in their own way.
If you’re ever in the area of 9th Ave and 51st Street in New York City, I highly recommend you stop in to Pure Thai Cookhouse for the Pa-Yao Beef Noodle Soup. If beef is not your choice meat, then I also recommend these other delicious dishes.
Have you ever eaten something that was so moist, juicy and perfectly seasoned as to warrant it being called “delicate?” If so, please share in the comments area.
