The route to yummy usually begins in one of two ways: either by sight or by smell. In some cases, both sight and smell play a role in the journey to yummy-ville.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about packaging and how it can increase the delightful reception of baked goods. Recently I made chocolate chip brownies with walnuts. I wanted to bring them to my job and my dilemma was that I wanted to package them in a way that I didn’t have to bring home a carrier. The solution was to individually wrap each brown in parchment paper and fold the edges as if I was wrapping a gift.
